Epicenterpc.com honors return and exchange of most products within 30 days from the invoice date*. We do not accept any return or exchange after this 30 days period. For defective products, please contact manufacturer for warranty information. If you want to return the product that is eligible for return, and was ordered within last 30 days, please click on one of the following conditions.
You received a defective product.
You received damaged or opened package.
You do not want the product and manufacturer's box is unopened.

Software Return Policy
You received a defective product We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. Defective products will be accepted for credit, replacement, exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the invoice date. In order to return the product for credit or exchnage, first you must complete the RMA ( RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) form. The RMA form can be submitted online from your account menu. Your RMA will be processed within 2 business days and return authorization will be issued.
NOTE: RMA# is required for all returns and no return will be processed without it. All returns will be carefully inspected by our technicians before issuing a credit or exchange. All non-defective returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Please return the whole product (not just the defective part), including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
Any physical damage caused by carrier or due to misuse will not considered as defective. If you accept a damaged package, please inform the carrier or note on the carrier's delivery record. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing that arrived in, then notify us or the carrier immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.

We will fully refund you for any unopened item within 30 days from the invoice date (shipping cost not included). You may return opened items as long as they are resalable. We'll assess a minimum 20% restock fee for every opened item. Any returned products must be complete in manufacturer’s packaging with all accessories and UPC codes. All returns will be carefully inspected by our technicians before issuing a credit or exchange. Any incomplete product will be returned back to the sender on his cost.

Software Return Policy There will be no refunds or exchanges whatsoever on any software or games. Please make sure what the system requirements are for any software or game that you consider purchasing before the actual purchase.
