Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, There is a 20% restocking fee on all items.
Can I return a firewall?

No, Due to manufacturers restrictions all support and returns on firewall products must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
How long before I see my credit?

Credits are usually process within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
What is the processing time on an order?

Orders are processed during normal business hours Monday-Friday. In stock items are shipped within 48hrs of submitting order. We will try our best to get all orders for shipping overnight and 2 day delivery out the same day but cannot guarantee it. When in doubt please call 866-877-7667.
Can I ship on my UPS or FedEx account?

No, Third Party shipping in unavailable.
Do you charge Sales Tax?

All orders shipping to Arizona wil have sales tax of 8.1% added to order. If you are an Arizona Reseller, please Click Here For the AZ5000 form and fax to 602-307-5701 with a copy of your reseller tax certificate to get taxes refunded for orders placed online.
What is your standard warranty?

You have 30 days from Microsupply after that all Manufacturers Warranties apply.
How long is an RMA valid?

All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the issuance date.
I threw away the products packaging. Can I still return the product?

No, All products for return must include packaging, manuals, and accessories. If not complete product will be returned to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.
Do you provide pre and post-sale technical support?

How can I view my shipping costs?

Shipping costs can be viewed by clicking on the Shipping Estimator button on a particular item and entering your zip code, or by adding multiple items to your cart and viewing the cart totals. Because of shipping weight minimums imposed by carriers lightweight items may cost the same to ship quantity 1 as it is to ship quantity 10. If you have any questions call 1-866-877-7667.
